Victoria Mulandi

Founder, Mental Me

Victoria Mulandi is a psychologist and mental health practitioner passionate about expanding how we understand mental health—from managing distress to recognising the strength, capacity, and potential of the mind. Her work spans therapy, mental health awareness, training, and supporting individuals to better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling and productive lives. She is the founder of Mental Me, a community focused on advancing mental health awareness and empowering young people to take an active role in their mental wellbeing, personal growth, and sense of purpose. Victoria has experience working with children, adolescents, and young people within the education sector, supporting mental health programmes across schools. Her work has involved supporting students, collaborating with teachers and school administrators, training and mentoring youth mental health providers, and facilitating appropriate referrals and follow-up. Her professional interests include anxiety, mood, stress, personal growth, and productivity.
