Senior Manager, Software, Food for Education

Victor Muthomi Kathurima is Senior Manager, Software, at Food for Education (F4E), a Kenyan non-profit, where he co-leads the Technology Team. A software engineer by training, he was F4E's founding engineer and has built the organization's technology from the ground up. His team manages the infrastructure, security, and field-facing systems behind F4E's school feeding program, including Tap2Eat, its NFC-based meal access platform. He supports the platform's expansion, together with Dishi na County, across counties in Kenya and into new frontier markets with other governments. His work focuses on what it takes to move systems from pilot to scale: building for real conditions in schools and the field, meeting the requirements of government partners and donors, and keeping platforms reliable and secure as they grow.
