Partnerships Lead, Basic Needs Kenya
Musa works in partnerships and fundraising at Basic Needs Basic Rights Kenya, where he supports efforts to expand community mental health care and strengthen young people’s wellbeing. His work brings together partners, resources and practical approaches to help promising programmes reach more people and become part of lasting systems.
A published author, Musa has a varied background spanning graphic design, book publishing, AV technology and IT. He writes about travel, productivity and personal knowledge management, and has spent 15 years working with Kenya Sign Language in the Deaf community. At the Shamiri Summit, he brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to the partnerships, capacity and investment needed to take mental health care to scale.
