VettedAI covers the full hiring journey, from job description to onboarding: it sources globally from over 800 million profiles, then screens beyond CVs with role-specific assessments that AI delivers and scores autonomously, verifying skills and ranking the strongest first. VettedAI has screened thousands of candidates across the UK, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Morocco for digital banks, startups, nonprofits and venture studios, and helped teams cut their hiring cycles by 3x to less than 30 days with successful talent retention post-probation. Vetted has been globally recognized and backed by organizations like UK Kenya Tech Hub (FCDO UK) and The Forge (Morocco), among others.

Lemuel has spent nearly a decade building technology at the intersection of talent and opportunity, including as Product Lead at ALX (Sand Technologies), scaling talent products across Africa. He is trained as a lawyer (First Class, LLB) and is based in Kenya.
